↓ Unbounce Careers
Vancouver & Berlin
For over five years, this authentic unedited window into the Unbounce culture and soul became our strongest recruiting tool.
When we first started actively recruiting for new hires in 2013 it was a uphill battle. Potential empolyees did not know who we were, what we did, what our beliefs were and what benefits and advantages we offered to all Unbouncer’s. Our goal was to remove that barrier and display a unedited window into the Unbounce as a company. We only use candid and real photos. None of that posed stuff. Well unless we intentionally poke fun at it. We also made sure that the every prospect created a landing page as part of their application process. This would give them the chance to experience the power of our saas tool. On the flip side it showed us right away how eager, talented, adaptable our applicants were. It was a much better indicator of potential than just the plain old dusty resume.

The original design was done in early 2013. Before the advent of responsive design and media queries. It used a fixed grid system. However the grid system was built to facilitate playful, puzzle like layouts depending on content. The wireframes and content itself framed the appropriate configuration and layout at the time.
In 2018, we rebooted the playful puzzle concept with updated content, layout and style.
