Focused on leading and defining the user experience vision. At PayByPhone, I spend most of my time on implementing human-centered design practices, while growing product designers and user researchers.
2016 - 2020
Some projects are accomplished by pushing pixels, but most efforts were focused on maturing UX culture. At Unbounce, I spent most of my time on coaching, mentoring and guiding product designers. My contributions ranged from product strategy, brand guidelines, experience principles, experimentation and features.
2011 - 2016
In my role as art director for my first four years at Unbounce, I enjoyed growing, managing and mentoring a multi-disciplinary creative department. It was an opportunity to raise the bar of design for all of the Unbounce digital properties and campaigns.

During my early days of design leadership, I had the chance to shape digital strategies for a multitude of television and film properties. It was my first time mentoring and managing art directors, interactive designers, copywriters and motion designers.
