↓ Asana
2022 - Present

Focused on defining the payment strategy and longterm vision. At Asana, I spend most of my time fusing human-centered design practices with experimentation, while coaching product designers and setting guiding principles. My mission is to shape programs that will foster diversity, grow mentorship and pairing opportunities across the design team.

↓ PayByPhone
2020 - 2022

Focused on leading, defining and evolving the mobile parking experience. At PayByPhone, I spend most of my time on implementing human-centered design practices in order to shape a deep understanding of our users, while growing product designers and user researchers.

↓ Unbounce
2016 - 2020

Some projects are accomplished by pushing pixels, but most efforts were focused on maturing UX culture. At Unbounce, I spent most of my time on coaching, mentoring and guiding product designers. My contributions ranged from product strategy, brand strategy, design systems, experience principles, experimentation, discovery, ideation, conceptualization and features.

↓ Unbounce
2011 - 2016

In my role as art director for my first four years at Unbounce, I enjoyed growing, managing and mentoring a multi-disciplinary creative department. It was an opportunity to raise the bar of design for all of the Unbounce digital properties and campaigns.

↓ Mainframe / Z2H
2007 - 2011

During my early days of design leadership, I had the chance to shape digital strategies for a multitude of television and film properties. It was my first time mentoring and managing art directors, interactive designers, copywriters and motion designers.
